I was uncertain about this color’s appearance on the screen but it was recommended so I went for it. I’m glad I did! It’s a very flattering everyday shade that fades nicely.

The formula of this lippy lives up to the hype. Weightless and LONG-lasting clean beauty that doesn’t dry your lips out. It is on the spendy side for sure but if you want the colour payoff and hate the feel of anything on your lips, this is so #worthit. Definitely great for special events and would absolutely splurge for weddings or black tie.

I like lipstick so don’t mind slightly heavier formulas and would nominate Lily Lolo’s lipsticks as a creamier but still lightweight, silky, moisturizing but less long-lasting runner-up at a better price point.

I got Electra, often touted as a universally flattering shade. I found it perplexing. In the tube it looks like a cool red. Applied full strength, goes on as a *vibrant* coral (so warm/orange) pinky-red that I’ll save for summer when I’m tanned. Lightly dabbed on as a lip stain it is a lovely red-radish pink that lasts all day, which is how I’ll use it in winter. Holds up to lip balm applied over the stain pretty much all day, which is amazing.

How a single bullet of lipstick can be both of those things is odd but kinda works once you know what you’re dealing with. If you’re looking for a cool red classic crimson pout, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for a warm-orange red lip, this really isn’t it either because the pink comes through in both cases.

This is honestly the best lipstick ever! it feels like butter and your lips are nourished i feel like Im wearing chapstick but its a lipstick and it last all day and leaves your lips nourished.
