Shipping and returns
NakedPoppy offers free standard shipping on orders over $50.
We know it can be hard to wait for your clean beauty products. So, we ship by the next business day after you order (tbh, we try hard for same-day shipping).
Once a package leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier and we cannot be liable for missing or damaged packages. We therefore offer shipping insurance at checkout to cover any loss or damage.
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
We want you to love your NakedPoppy products. If you’ve taken the beauty assessment and something we recommended doesn’t work out, returns within 30 days of purchase are free.
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected]. Include your order number, the product you’d like to return and the specific reason it didn’t work out for you. We’ll respond with next steps by the next business day.
We donate returns to the non-profit Project Beauty Share. However, they cannot accept everything for sanitary reasons so we do our best to minimize waste as we handle your return.
NakedPoppy must receive your return within 60 days of purchase and will take up to 3 business days to issue your refund, or send your exchange. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment. Your financial institution may take some time to reflect the transaction. Gift refunds will be issued as NakedPoppy credits.
While almost everyone acts in good faith, NakedPoppy monitors returns and reserves the right to refuse service to customers who stretch or abuse the return policy. Examples include - but are not limited to - returning more than one unit of the identical item, returning products after mostly using them up or asking for subsequent free mailing labels to keep returning products from the same order.
